PRODUCT EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY
Defective Or Damaged Product Policy:
In case of product defects or damage during shipping, customers must provide supporting evidence for verification. The brand will assess and compensate customers accordingly. Requests for product exchange must be made within 3 days from the date of receiving the product. The exchange is applicable only for the originally ordered model and size. The product must be in its original condition, not washed, used, damaged, or altered by the customer. The brand will cover the expenses for returning the product and shipping the replacement to the customer.
